[ back to top ] Sunday, March 2, 2003 Low life's Today I would like to write about the people that affect other people's lives by making them feel insecure in what is supposed to be the most secure surroundings: their home. Since about six months we have car thefts happening on an almost regular basis in our common use garage. A couple of weeks ago a robbery occurred in one of the apartments. The apartment was cleaned out on a Saturday afternoon. Last week 35 storage lockers were broken into, vandalized, and items were stolen. All these occurrences are very disturbing because it robs us of the secure feeling we have about our home. Even though many of our material possessions can be replaced, it is also the anger that overcomes us when we have to spend time and money to replace what we already owned.
