Thursday, October 30, 2008 20 red roses
A delivery person came the shop with a large bouquet of red roses. I was quite puzzled and did not know who would send me red roses. The card read: LOVE. Klaus never gives me red roses because he knows I love Calla lilies and other white flowers. Well, turns out we had our 20th anniversary today. I totally forgot about it. But I do have an excuse: my customers are keeping my mind occupied at the moment. This was only the second time I received a bouquet of red roses. The first time was for my 20th birthday and those were from my dad. [ back to top ] Sunday, October 19, 2008 I stopped at Queen Elizabeth Park on my way home from the shop

Sean showed up unannounced with a bouquet of flowers. I asked him if it's because of the stock market crash. He smiled. We both are in the same boat as he changed from a secure environment into unchartered waters as well. Today the landlord's contractors, Ray and I moved everything to the new location two doors down. Tomorrow I will go and do some cleaning and re-arranging. Come Monday I am in business! Totally happy! [ back to top ] Thursday, October 2, 2008 My second day
I met one of my biggest client today. I just invited myself and went to his office. The Porsche stands in the old place next to my printing press. Pretty cool. [ back to top ] Wednesday, October 1, 2008 My first day... ... as a business woman was tough. My goodness the stuff that was kept in that shop, it's unreal. So I spent most of the day throwing out things and cleaning.
The flowers that Klaus sent made my day. [ back to top ] |
About 2012
2011 2010 2009 2008 2007 Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.
